Chandler Cloy
VP of Recreation

Chandler spent much of her youth working with children and teaching dance classes. Her love for working with kids and helping them be active inspired her to want to work in the recreation field so that she could plan and organize activities for people of all ages to be active while having a great time. Chandler attended Georgia Southern University where she earned her degree in Recreation Management. During college Chandler was a member of Alpha Phi sorority where she was involved by joining the dance and intramural sport teams. She also spent a lot of her time volunteering with children. When Chandler graduated from Georgia
Southern University she applied for the Disney College Program and was accepted to the role of recreation. Her favorite part of this role was working children’s activities at the Fort Wilderness Resort
and Campground. When offered the Recreation Manager position at L’Avalanche Indoor Ski Resort Chandler was thrilled to bring a new and exciting recreation facility to her home state. Since Chandler has never been skiing until she started working at this resort, she is a great example of how this resort caters to guests of all skiing abilities from new to pro. Chandler’s goal for her new career at L’Avalanche is to make sure that all guests have a great and memorable experience whether it be in the children’s area or on the slopes.
Jenna Davis
VP Head of Merchandise

Jenna Davis grew up in Old Bridge, NJ where she had access to mountains in the winter and beaches in the summer, both less than an hour away. She learned to ski at age 4 in the Pocono Mountains and has spent many winter weekends just enjoying her time with her brother and dad on the slopes. Jenna has always wished there was somewhere she could go and let her love of skiing out all year round. She relocated to Orlando, FL at age 24 where there is no such thing as winter. When Jenna heard of The Resort and L’Avalanche’s indoor skiing, she jumped at the chance to join the team. Being L’Avalanche’s new Vice President Head of Merchandise, Jenna has worked for some of the largest retail companies in the world, from Forever 21 to Ulta Beauty to Walt Disney World. Jenna has been in retail since she was 18 and has fallen in love with the person-to-person aspect of the business. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Marketing from Monmouth University in New Jersey. L’Avalanche is excited to have Jenna join the company and is confident in her ability to run our Merchandise branch.

Richard (RJ) Ollio
Head VP of Beverage

Richard J. Ollio grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and ended up enrolling at the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University, eventually earning his MBA in management. During his time in Indiana he not unlike a lot of college students took up bartending as a side job to help with his expenses for his duration at the school. This all led to him being one of the best consultants for failing bars around the nation leading many to come to him for help. This all led to him coming over to Shreveport to help the team at L’Avalanche with any and all of their beverage and bar concerns.
Victoria Viger
Lead Food VP
I'm passionate about skiing coming from the New England area of the United States. After graduating from Johnson and Wales with a degree in food and beverage management, I went on a trip all over Europe eating and skiing. It was the time of my life and I learned a lot about skiing during my travels. I currently am now a part time travel agent, Disney Cast member and full time food manager here where I plan to continue my love for food and skiing.
