Providing an unforgettable opportunity for every type of skiier in hopes of an exceptional experience. This is attained by treating every guest and their needs individually.

L'Avalanche is an experience like no other, and we want to ensure that our skiiers and snow-goers have that genuine experience. Regardless, if you have skiied once before or for your whole life, L'Avalanche is a place where all skill sets can learn and enjoy the slopes. Our goal is for everyone who enters our resort to have an enjoyable time, primarily because of our guest service. Everyone who comes through our doors has different needs and we look to provide to those needs, on an individual level. Along with the activities in the resort, this makes for an unforgettable opportunity.

We view change as a good thing, and something that will progress our company further in the future. Our conventions and events will continue to grow and reach out to more people and their specific needs which would bring more people to our resort. Our long term goal is for L'Avalanche to become the top family vacation spot, and this will be acquired by innovative changes to fit the guests' needs.
